This will enable us to provide you with the quickest solution to your problem.
Our Average response time is about 10-15 minuets.
But during busy times it can take up-to six hour or more to get through all the Tickets, please be patient and we will get to you.

During busy times we also leave to the end Tickets that are obviously and clearly answered in the Knowledgebase or the Announcements pages.
Also “bumping” (updating your ticket to try and get to the top of the que) does not work as our system cycles through Support Tickets placing the one with the latest update at the bottom, regardless of who updated it.
If your Ticket was / could be mistaken for an Advert or Spam, then it will be deleted.
No, A.M.A.R Hosting do not offer Phone Support. This is for several reasons, not least is so both sides have a record of what was said.
